I miss you

Clawing at my throat,

Stinging in my eyes,

Aching in my heart,

Rubbing at my mind,

Whispering in my ear,

Scratching at my bones,

Clenching my stomach,

Sweating in my palms,

Squeaking at my heels,

Weighing down my neck,

I need you.

You aren’t here.

I miss you.

  1. I miss him. the one boy in the world who I could spill my heart to, and I might never see him again!! 😦 WE won’t graduate together. I though I would be with him till high-school. The one I knew would cheer me up when no one else could. Gone. He could look at me from across the room and know something unpleasant was on my mind, when no one else even noticed. I never gave him a good-bye hug. We shook each others hands like buisness partners. Is that all I was to him? That person he felt like he had to be nice to because he saw me every day at school? No, he was more than that. My friend, my big brother, always looking out for me. He might forget me. Pass me on the street and not even recognize me.I’ve changed so much. But he is my very special gift from GOD, and I will cherish him always. “You never know what you have until it’s gone” I can’t wait to get to heaven, just to be with him again, for eternity.

  2. I know what it is to miss someone, Em. And you captured it perfectly!! He’s the biy I though I would go to high school with. I thought we would graduate from junior high together. NOw I will never have the chance. 🙂

  3. I miss Isaac, Emily. I thought I would graduate at least from SVCS with him, but now I never see him. All my desire to visit my old school is gone, because it is not the same place without him. 😦
